There are 29 species restricted (at the very least in Fiji) to limestone or calcareous substrate and these all occupy shore habitat (see Supplementary content, Appendix S3). Twelve species have an identical ecology but usually are not tied so strictly to limestone. The people with most genera in Fiji are listed in Table one and when compared with
